Father's Day

Having a son of my own sheds light on the relationship I have as an adopted son to our Heavenly Father and even His relationship to his Son, Jesus. Just as being married, elucidated the meaning of Ephesians 5 and the call to love Ginny as Christ loves His bride (a daunting task indeed); we are given familial analogies to help us understand these relationships. How much more do I see how great the sacrifice of God to give his only begotten Son to die for us!

And unto us a son is born....

Micah Knox was born on Wednesday, June 8th at 6:23 pm. He weighed 7 lbs 13 oz and was 20 inches. We could not be happier! Praise the Lord, He is good!

My computer is broken, so future postS will come from a borrowed computer. I will post pictures as soon as I can figure out how.
